Baker Mayfield

I think I was almost more appalled by how (it appears) they had told the kid captains to not shake his hand either. They didn't even flinch when Baker put his hand out. Good lesson for those kids, KU
Dang, that happened?

The funny part is the great Baker Mayfield let the pathetic Kansas football team get to him. What a dumbass. Every other team that has played Kansas has treated them like the inferior sad program that they are.

According the the Kansas City newspaper, the Kansas players refused to shake his hand to get into his head. They knew he was a hothead, so they were trying to mess with him. That's funny on many levels. First, it worked. Second, maybe if Kanas worked as hard on football as they did on this mind games, they wouldn't suck so bad.

I'm so glad that Kansas is keeping Beaty. And I think Baker is going to flame out in the NFL, so that will be fun.

I don't think they got into his head at all. Mayfield plays on emotion and they fired him up which is why it was a huge mistake by KU. I like seeing

as his daddy, we should ground him indefinitely. And perhaps teach him some humility and civility.,,two things that are greatly missing in our culture today.

Ummm... dude, you're telling all of us that your wife is looking at other guys peckers... kinda weird. Makes ya wonder how often she is doing that, no?
I looked too. I followed the hand.

I'm old. I'm not dead.

...and I'm just going to assume that you never, EVER notice other women?

CW was referencing this hit.

This is why I have absolutely no problem with it. Should he have done it? Probably not, but I have a hell of a lot less of a problem with him doing that that than him trying to plant the flag out in Columbus.

Kansas was taking cheap shots at him after the play which could have hurt him; I have no problem with him doing that back.

After seeing that hit, I can understand him being ticked off. After listening to him run his mouth in interviews, I can see why he's a target.

Was the KU player penalized after that hit? He should have been.

Was Mayfield hit with an unsportsmanlike on the sideline? He should have been. I seem to recall Anthony Lazard picking up one for shouting an expletive at an opponent from the sidelines. Mayfield does it multiple times, in full view? Provoked or not, at the very least a coach should have been chasing after him.

I dunno...I guess it makes football more entertaining to some.
He got a roughing the passer, but not a targeting call.

Well when you grab your crotch and are able to make a pretty closed fist you know there isn't much there. Which also explains his overcompensating bravado.

Baker acts like a super douche, and then goes into full ultra douche mode when someone calls him on his regular super douche behavior.

Heacock used Mayfield's arrogance against him, and it was masterful.
