I actually have a scoop here for once. Jesse Bobbit is our new DC. Accepted the job last night. Direct source from the family.

Agree, he is a defensive coach and has his guys, if there is any potential to retain any coaches it would be on the offensive side of the ball, pretty low odds tho. If he did it might go a long ways to retain players...oh to dream.
Rogers needs to poach his own defensive analyst. This guy looks promising:

keep in mind Rogers is bringing in an entirely new defensive system. Besides everything else, this will definitely impact who stays and goes. Sounds like there is a real opportunity on the offensive side to keep coaches if there’s any mutual interest.
That’s the winning ISU coach formula.
I'll go against the grain and say I'd entertain offering Mouser. Rocco's injury hamstrung this offense greatly this year and Mouser got too cute at times, but you could also see his brilliance shine through. Clanton of course too. Don't want the WSU offensive staff.

This morning listened to a 2-hour podcast from two reporter types. I don't recall exact wording, but iirc they believed Heacock would come to Penn State and hoped Broomfield would, too, since both have roots in that part of the world.

I want Mouser, bad, and woud've been absolutely ok if he was named HC. ****, I'd probably look at doubling whatever he is making now.
That being said, JP told Mouse last night that he had to gain more experience out there before he was comfortable making him a HC similar to what he told TJ. I expect Mouse to go to Penn State.

I know Penn St is for sure keeping their DC and their CB’s coach. It’s too bad they aren’t keeping guys on the offensive side instead, Roger’s is going to have most of of defensive guys lined up for sure.
