Everyone needs to step back, take a deep breath and settle down. Now let's play this out, even if the team goes 1-11 this year, ISU is not going to fire Campbell, the guy has too much good will built up in the program with Pollard for him to be fired, plus the athletic departments does not have the money to buy him out of his contract, and even if someone stepped up to pay for it, which they won't, then it would cost even more to hire the new coach.
Now if that would happen, 1-11 he would be on a warm seat for the 2024 season, but I really doubt they would fire him then, unless the team was on a 20 some game losing streak.
So, for those that want him gone, Campbell is going to get the rest of this season, the 2024 season and most likely the 2025 season before he would be fired.
