And if we were in a ****** conference, say the B1G, we would probably be about 22-5
Ok, if you need to tell yourself this to sleep better at night. Just in the last 4 weeks we've lost to Missouri, Oklahoma State, West Virginia, and Texas Tech.

All four of those teams are on the exact same level as Northwestern, Rutgers, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan State,Illinois, and Maryland.

This team is playing so poorly right now it would be a similar 4-6 type stretch against that schedule also.

KenPom Rating of all teams you mentioned because I was curious. My only argument would be its probably tougher to win on the road in the Big 12 than it is in the Big 10.

Missouri- 62
Oklahoma State- 39
West Virginia- 21
Texas Tech- 50

Northwestern- 41
Rutgers- 27
Indiana- 26
Iowa- 38
Michigan State- 32
Illinois- 30
Maryland- 17

Just wanted to remind everyone that the 2018 team that won the conference tournament finished the regular season 2-6

Heres a fun fact for everyone-

Texas and Iowa St are the 2 teams in the Big 12 to not have at least a 3 game losing streak in conf play.

They were a weird team and I'm glad this current team hasn't cratered in their recent trends.

A couple of those guys with this staff (so long as they were on board) may have been a treat.

We’ll make the tournament for sure, but I wouldn’t put any money on us winning a single game there. If the opponent does their homework on us…. we’re in big trouble. Still an amazing season based on expectations.

I'm not reporting on how they calculate seeds dumdum. I'm telling you the fact that we got road wins weeks ago gives me little confidence we can get one again given how they are playing Right NOW.

So why don't you just say that instead of saying they matter less? What do they matter less toward? Those wins were similar to many of these losses, just came down to a couple of plays/shots at the end that went well or didn't.
