I am looking at getting a new Android tablet. Looked at Lenovo, Pixel, One Plus. Any suggestions or experiences to share?

Same until I got the Pixel 8. POS compared to the others. The bluetooth is flaky, the software glitches way too much, just not a good phone in general. I usually hold on to my phone for at least 3-4 years, but I can't wait to replace this one. I'll likely move to the Pixel 10 and give google another shot.Don't have any experience in the tablet sector, but we've had pixel phones for close to 10 years and enjoyed every one of them.
I skipped the 8 so don't have a frame of reference there. We've had the 2, 5, 7, and now 9 Pro. Had planned to wait until the 10 but Verizon gave us the 9 Pro for free and paid off our remaining balance on the 7's in July, which seemed like too good of a deal to pass up. I know there were a couple generations that were duds from what I've seen online but each one I've owned has been solid. Biggest issue is the battery usually crapping out by the time we upgrade. The 9 Pro's have been awesome so far.Same until I got the Pixel 8. POS compared to the others. The bluetooth is flaky, the software glitches way too much, just not a good phone in general. It's hard to go down in size for anything once it's already too big to use with 1 hand. I always had a 15in laptop and going to 13 or even worse 11 is tough when I used other peoples. On the other side of things I would never buy a plus size phone - I like being able to use a phone with 1 hand. This got me to go out and look. I could trade my S10 Tab Ultra to a Tab S11 for around $120. I would go from a 14.6" to a 11". Space would go from 512 to 256 (I use less than 100gb). hmmmm
I think I would miss the size. A cheap smaller one for travel would probably be the best option. I could get a Tab S10 Lite for $330
Lenovos graphics absolutely suck.I'd recommend to avoid anything Lenovo. Poor engineering and low grade components.

I've had 2 Ipad's in the past, and as a physical device they are fine and not much different than any other current tablet. The big difference for me is iOS, I personally prefer Android. Why wouldn’t you get an iPad? They’re perfect media consumption devices
