worth noting: this does NOT help support WeWill collective

but it does help the Jack Trice Foundation which is a worthy cause

Just mentioned this in another post I saw some of this on the shelf at the store this morning. Glad that someone took it over with Peace Tree closing. Now someone just needs to bring back the Blonde Fatale and I'll be good!

I've said it before, any beer that supports an ISU cause whether that is We Will, ISU Athletics, or Jack Trice foundation is all going to support ISU in a good way so it's silly if anyone cares or won't buy 1 or the other because of where the money goes to. I personally just want to drink a good beer. Ames Lager is my least favorite of what has come out so far but my wife likes it so we usually have some on hand. I'm glad West O came out with another type of beer, variety is good. Now if I can just find some on the shelf somewhere soon to try the blood orange!

Pretty sure you'll find it in the local HyVee/Fareway. Urbandale is regularly in stock nowadays.

The Johnston HyVee and Fareway usually have it. Same with the Urbandale ones.

It's a little tougher if you're a date checker, but that's not as important on these light lagers as say an IPA.

Living out of state I have kind of lost track of all of the beers and spirits that are ISU themed and/or supporting We Will, Jack Trice Foundation, or ISU Athletics. Is there a comprehensive up to date list somwhere with name, producer and associated charity?

I have only bought and tried Ames Lager and Forever True thus far. I want to eventually try them all...
