Adding 3rd Stall Garage

I can't wrap my mind around adding a third stall to make the house salable.

Are you sure you're a guy?

I just checked and, upon further review, it has been confirmed.

To me more big stuff just means more maintenance headaches, more insurance charges, more to move around if you move houses or cities, etc. Don't get me wrong, I like "stuff" but I'd rather buy one high-end guitar than 4 lesser-quality guitars. Yeah, my car is a gas hog but it's paid-off and the the price of gas is less than the price of new car payments. I can afford to go out and buy my dream Jaguar in cash but a healthy retirement account is worth more to me. My biggest flaw is I like to buy a lot of clothes. I'd like to get a compound miter saw, a trailer, and a bigger workout set but I don't have the room. My dad always told me "stuff fills the space allowed so make sure it's the stuff you really want"

PapaLew's is mostly his woodworking tools and various projects in different stages of completion. The one project I'm really hoping he completes is the hot tub. We got it for free, small four-seater and the wood frame around the outside. Needs to have the pump motor repaired or replaced. We've had it for a couple of years now. I keep hoping.....
