A-Team

It looks like it was a show called Games People Play. Mr T was in the toughest bouncer contest. Makes an appearance at the 20 second mark....

But more importantly THIS show needs a comeback!

And the guys who wrote the theme song had a ton of stuff you'd know.

Rockford Files
Hunter
Law and Order
Greatest American Hero
Hill Street Blues

Hunter. Now there's an underappreciated masterpiece too

Hill Street Blues was a good one as well.

I wish I had been older in the 80's, I was born in late 1980 so I was ages 1-9 in the 80's.

I was born in the late 70's. Being a pre teen in the 80's was pretty great. Still remember a lot of it. Shoot, I remember watching ET in the theatre and everybody cheering when he came back to life. It's vague, but it's there. ;)

Channels like MeTV are pretty great.

The multiple "oldies" subchannels are a welcome alternative to current network TV.

After work, I can go with a lineup of: MacGyver, A-Team, M*A*S*H (x2), Rockford Files (x2), Hogan's Heroes, Barney Miller (x2), Hunter.

Real A-Team fans also would know that Dirk Benedict was not the original actor as Templeton "Face" Benedict, Time Dunigan played face in the pilot episode then Dirk did from there on out. Also apparently George Peppard was not the easiest actor to work with and did not get along with Mr. T as he felt he was taking too much of the spotlight away from him. Peppard also was a big reason that the 2 main female characters Amy Allen and Tawnia Baker did not last for long as apparently he didn't feel there was a place for a regular woman character on the show.

Many years ago I got my hands on a copy of a documentary titled "Bring Back the A Team" that some guy from the UK literally hunted down as much of the cast as he could to interview and do a reunion with. A lot of interesting stuff, I think this may be it:
