Thought it was hilarious when towards the end of the game when the announcer said "This hasn't been a game since the ten minute mark of the first half"......

First post- which includes photo of a Nova player with the ball in their own backcourt with 24 seconds left on the shot clock:
Remember kids when you're Nova you get 12 seconds to cross mid court.
Second post, after another poster said, 'try again':
Huh? They inbounded it with 35 seconds on the shot clock, there they are with it at 24 seconds

I'm impressed with the Wisc coach. Badgers lose two all-americans, and Bo Ryan bails at Christmas
This coach has really brought them along after a rough start
I think Fran is a very good coach. Look what he's working with over there. They are playing at a high level considering.
I do agree McCaffrey might look to move on from Iowa this year if something appropriate is available. He's in a McDermott like situation with his son Connor where he has to consider whether he will be around to coach him for four years should he arrive on campus. While I am sure he has other new recruits coming aboard, he loses a lot of experience and scoring with the departure of this year's squad.

He's a decent enough coach. You have to be to pull a team out of the **** fest iowa was in.
But....
He's a subpar recruiter, terrible motivator, and makes questionable in-game decisions.

Hawks are delusional, team, coach and fans. Not surprising by now. Hope Jok declares for the draft.
He's done a good job considering where he started, as you said, but it's going to be rough in a couple years. I'd like to see him stay 2 more years and let things crater.

I'm ****** because I started this season with expectations of the NIT, then they build up to an even bigger crash than two years ago.
But he's a subpar recruiter. He's a terrible motivator. And he makes questionable (that's putting it kindly) in game decisions.
So what does he do well that makes him a decent coach?
Yeah, this year was really a success for Iowa, and last year for that matter. I just don't see much future the next few years, but who knows.
