I agree, Purdy is setting himself up to make millions in the league with his performance through a little under 4 games. At worst we will be a solid backup, who knows what his ceiling is, but it's getting interesting to see how far he can take the 49ers.
Don't forget to renew your ISU season tickets folks just to see the "Cyclones in the NFL" Highlights! Plus, hopefully, SF is Idle on a Cyclone Home Game weekend, so BP can come back and see all of the 49ers caps in the stands!

he really hit the jackpot landing where he did. he is surrounded by a ton of talent and got an opportunity due to injuries ahead of him. if he went to any other team in the league he'd almost certainly be riding the pine as another unknown backup. good for him taking advantage of this opportunity.
Seeing Hall tear it up hasn't helped my feelings toward the line either. Hopefully coaching changes will improve that part of the game.
Agree but we can have the best coaches in the world and if you don't have solid recruits it won't make that big a difference.
Purdy loves using his tight ends and when you have one of the NFLs best in Kittle that just opens their offense up even more. Not sure why Jimmy G didn’t throw to Kittle more. Wait until they get Debo back. Afraid the Vikes will have a tough time against them if they meet in playoffs
As weird/down of a year as it's been in the NFL, the playoffs might have some really good games.
The Vikings will get piss pounded. And I say that as a Viking fan.
You Vikings fans have the luck where your trip to the SB depends on beating Purdy. I’d have trouble enjoying that one. I would trade a Purdy SB for my Rams never winning another game. But I think some of you guys are actually bigger viqueen fans than cyclone fans.
there is no Super Bowl. Vikings are losing in the first round and everyone knows it.

Can't get solid recruits if none of them are being drafted because poor player development. Look at TJ's recruiting..results get recruits. We've had no results on that line for awhile. Recruits wanna play for good coaches.
I don't love their chances but I do think they're at least certainly battle tested in find a way in close games.
Our new O-line coach can sell a history of player development and he by all reports is a very likable guy. Hopefully this translates into better recruiting.
I wonder if we'll even notice a difference next season off the bat or at least start to see some real progress mid-seasonish.
I bet we see some improvement immediately. We looked lost at times last year. I think we have some talent. I think a new voice will have an impact.
