Watching him play in an Illinois State Title game right now and I'm pretty impressed. 6'4" strong arm, easy thrower and can run as well. Would be a great get IF we could get him.
Probably too special to end up at ISU.

Alabama signed the #2 QB in the class ahead of Thomalla, that didn’t stop him from flipping and taking the payday, which I do not blame the kid for doing. Abrams is the 247 #2 and composite #5 QB in the ‘27 class, he will likely be offered life changing money at 18 years old by a B1G/SEC team.

I believe their current starter is a junior, who beat out the stud freshman who was the #2 QB in the class.

4 star Gavin Stecker commits to Iowa. We were firmly in the running but it sounds like losing our coach was the deciding factor.

Instate target Braylon Bingham commits to Iowa. Was favored to go to us on 24/7
Just saw this. My hawk friend sent me an interview with him. Basically said once Iowa offered it was a done deal as he grew up an Iowa fan. One of the reasons I put little faith in the projections early on.
How many LBs does Iowa take a year? Seems like every year they take 3-5 in state LBers!
