I count 16?22 unique venues?!?! Seems like a huge number.
Plus there’s gonna be 48 teams in it starting at the 2026 World Cup. Up from 32.

So do you think it will be NY or LA that hosts the Final? Have a feeling NY gets it this time.
SoFi in LA has to host the final. Right?? Second IMO would be Cowboys stadium.
Both venues guarantee a good game experience with their roofs and are capable of 100K fans while being located in major MSA's with BIG international airports.
Oh it's terrible but I figured they'd still get it.Likely won't get a new stadium in time. Fedex is in a horrible location and is a dump.
The map in the OP must have been the ones in the running. I see the 16 now.I count 16?

Only this year because Qatar. It's usually in JuneIsn't this held in November? If so, November in KC doesn't seem like soccer weather.
Speaking of Soccer in Ottawa...This will be the 3rd time a host country hasn’t had matches in their capital and we’re technically getting it twice with no DC or Ottawa.
Biggest miss I see besides DC or Chicago is Vegas but there was already a lot in the west.
Maybe they couldn't convert Paul Brown Stadium. I also think Salt Lake and Orlando go snubbed. Both great soccer towns too. Tickets in KC are already around 1k per ticket and that's clear at the top. It'll cost about what a Superbowl ticket will.Atlanta has moved to Nashville, Nashville has moved to St. Louis, and Cincinnati has moved to Fort Wayne

The 2026 Canadian Premier League (CPL) Championship is being played in a snowstorm in Ottawa!
Atletico Ottawa (ATO) and Cavalry FC (CAV) are currently tied 1-1 in the 43rd minute on FS2.
