Devers wants to play third. The Giants have Chapman. Won’t there be the same problem in SF as in Boston?
Good Lord. You'd think the Red Sox would have learned their lesson when they traded away Babe Ruth. I'm a Bosox fan and I'm just hoping the Devers curse won't last as long.
Chapman is on the DL now. So by the time the All Star game is over there is a decision to be made. But he can DH also.

Yeah think the plan was 1 or 2 innings and he threw good amount of pitches in the 1st so guessing that will be it.
Rockies with another 3 game winning streak. **** this ****. Won't beat White Sox loss record with this kind of effort.
Took 11 innings but finally another loss for the Rox. That 4 game road winning streak disgusted me.
The Rox are going to catch my Sox this year before it is over!

Interesting article from SFGate about the (Sacramento) Athletics and how the franchise ownership has done virtually nothing to ingratiate itself to baseball fans in Sacto.

They didn’t embrace Sacramento. So there’s a lot of people out there, I think, that are saying, ‘Hey, if you’re not gonna embrace me, why should I embrace you?’”
