I think the more games without Tom Brady, it’s fair to say Bill needed Tom

Bill is the man Tom Brady made. Brady won a Super Bowl immediately after leaving, and Bill before and after Brady was a failure. His entire success is because of one player. Another thing that points to him not actually being the coach he’s made out to be is, no coach that came from his “tree” was ever successful. Mangini, McDaniels, Weis, Crenell, Patricia, O’Brien, Schwartz, Flores, etc were all failures as head coaches.

Im baffled at Hoover's play/decisions.

I didn't find Hoover to be all that impressive but his old coach is definitely throwing him under the bus.
