This is just “incoming” transfers, right? So if you want to make this list, your roster had to pretty much be depleted.

And just bc you made the list doesn’t mean it’s accurate or that you spent it wisely
Yes. And that hypothetical number jumped another 1+ million after Hausen signed. Iowa will also add at least 5 more players to the roster so you can probably add another 2 million onto that. I’m skeptical Iowa is paying around 10 million for next years team

Not sure how they found 10 mil after crying “NIL Poor.” I imagine the Drake guys gave him a “Coach discount,” including Stirtz. Stirtz could have made major bank on the open market.

They definitely did, which was smart on Ben’s part obviously it’ll be a much easier start to the rebuild. He woulda been royally screwed without Stirtz honestly.

It’s kind of a misleading Tweet, though he clarifies in his reply: it’s not what they spent, it’s his assigned values to the players they’ve signed. And the rankings obviously skew towards teams that need to reload an entire roster. I’d be surprised if Iowa has spent more than 4 million so far.

I think we can definitely see how TJ's strategy is played out. Identify some guys that will help your squad, get them here early and get done with this mess before **** gets even weirder than it already is.
