Few questions for any challenger that we can look back on.

Who wins down under mens/womens?

Does Djokovic win a slam this year?

Does anyone outside Sinner and Alcaraz win a slam this year?

Who finishes season number 1 in WTA?

Whos top ranked American man at end of season?

I’m interested in the return of Nick Kyrgios; love him or hate him his matches are usually entertaining.

I'll play.

Sinner/Sabalenka

Yes, I think he gets Wimbledon.

Yes, I think they get 2 of 4 and we see a surprise at the end of the year with a 1st time Slam champ in NY.

Iga. It looks like both her and Sinner are going to get slaps on the wrist for their doping cases and that is bad news for everyone else.

Tommy Paul, he's shooting up the rankings with a bullet.

Sinner/Gauff she's been playing really well since end of US Open

No, i think he's had his last slam.

No Alcaraz and Sinner clean up. some of the next group is almost getting worse.

Swiatek

I think Korda if he stays healthy but you could go 4-5 ways here

Agree...crazy as it seems like it was just yesterday when he seemed unbeatable! Certainly at that level tennis is a sport where when you lose a little bit of your skill...you have lost a lot!

Who was your men's favorite player?

Growing up I used to like Lendl...but later in life I was a Federer' fan. Huge respect of Nadal and his play. At the end though you have to admire Djokovic's career.

McEnroe (More his game than attitude)--->Agassi--->Federer

Mac way back in the day...then I really enjoyed the resurrection of Agassi...then fell in love with Federer! This is an important time for men's (and women's) tennis...we really need someone to step out and be the face of tennis...and then some good competition for that person! Certainly a transitional period.

I still expect him to go deep into Majors and I'm on the fence. I won't be shocked if @Candide Is correct. I think French and US Open are unlikely but he's probably 3rd favorite at other 2 events

You might be first person that I've heard of that liked Lendl. He was before my time but doesn't seem well liked by many.

I always root for the Americans above anyone else but country affiliation aside Federer was my favorite. I usually root for underdogs but it's hard to not love Federer the more and more I watched. He had such a smooth style, always seemed like a great person and spokesman for the game. Once Djokovic and Nadal started winning more I really started to become more of an avid Federer fan as it wasn't just expected he would win.

I also rooted for juan Martin del patrol, wawrinka, and David ferrer

I remember hating Lendl...but then I was raised under the direction of Rocky IV and Red Dawn...eastern Europeans were to be despised! But he was one heckuva player!

In tennis it's such a fine line between the best player in the world and the 20th-30th skill wise. Margins of victory are so small. Yet the 20th guy in the world basically never wins a grand slam. Djokovic can still be a top 10 player for the next couple years, and still be done winning majors.

I don't think he has a prayer on a hard court at this point, but the guy is a champion and I wouldn't be shocked if he had one more run in him anywhere.

Although he struggled in his last match, I always like Medvedev on hard courts and Fritz has really shown signs of life lately.

I'm just not a huge believer in Carlos, but he's definitely dynamic and I can't believe in Sasha until he gives me a reason to.

I was a Roddick fan and hated Federer because of it. Then I grew to love Federer for his pure offensive skill and relentless aggression. Then I started hating Nadal and Djokovic because of my love of Federer. I saw Federer as a better, more skilled player, and Nadal and Djokovic as basically marathon runners who would simply outlast him physically by playing defensive, low error tennis (boring). Then I eventually grew to appreciate both their increases in skill level. Nadal actually developed a decent serve, had one of the best overheads in the game, and became a really good net player late in his career. Djokovic had similar improvement. Developed a really good serve, the best backhand in the world and just overall pure groundstrokes. I still say Federer is the most skilled to ever play the game though, was just a level slightly below Djokovic and Nadal athleticism wise.
