NC Iowa. We tend to go close to insurance date if the ground is fit and with the forecast that looks reasonably likely

Had a little NH3 to finish up last week before the rain.

Got back to hauling manure today. We were able to go last Friday and Saturday. If everything goes good we should get done middle of the week.
Saw a few in the field going today along Hwy 30 from Ames to Carroll/Coon Rapids corridor today. Along with at least 6 fires.
I'm going to try again tomorrow as I imagine most in my neighborhood will. Good sunshine and breeze here today, decent forecast. 3 days of NH3 to go if I can get product without waiting.
Theoretically it could still be picked up. Eventually it'll be released, though based on last year not until July.

Was out doing guidance line remarks and dropped the rig in the ground just to see and I bet I could go tomorrow on a lot of remaining acres
Still lots of wet stuff on certain slopes so it will be hit or miss. But should be able to get some areas started today.
The dirt work I have to finish is waaaay too wet to even think about.
