Yeah, I'm very sad to say I was one of them who gave up my football season tickets after 30+ years of Cyclone Club membership. And our seats were perfect: top row of lower bowl on the 35-40 yrd line on West side.

This season would have averaged around $660/home game for our two tickets + parking + seat backs + donation. My wife and I just finally decided it's too much for us to keep spending when we've got so many other competing priorities.

I will be cheering faithfully in front of my TV this fall, but it's gonna be really hard. :(

I think I am in that boat coming soon. My son is a senior this year, so one more year for him. If he stays in the area, I might keep the tickets, but if he moves away I am probably going to spend that $$ on a season pass to coldwater and tailgate that way. $500+ per game is just too much anymore.

I'll be keeping my seats. I don't spend much money on other activities, I dumped my Vikings season tickets, so I find a lot of pleasure going to ISU events... Football Basketball and Wrestling. I also will travel occasionally see them play outside of Ames. I look forward to the Fall and all the ISU sports to be played.

G6, but was able to get it.
Am I missing something related to being reclassified? When I compare the two maps G6 is the same ESTIMATED donor levels as last year with Captains & Gold level

2025 Estimated Parking Requirements $4,500 & $1,800
2024 Estimated Parking Requirements $3,750 & $1,500

If it is the $ amount for the donation you are referring to, then yes ALL lots were "reclassified" but the map and donation levels (Directors-Century) appear to be the same YoY so if you are the same level as last year you should be able to choose the same lot as last year.

We picked at 1:30 today, actually moved from C3->C4 for 2025. That's happened a few times over the years, from the old C4 to C5, but always got bumped back when people jumped in at a level higher than us. '25 will be our 23rd season (18 years in the same seats), I'm guessing we've built a decent priority. Didn't look at our rank in our level, we've been right in the middle for awhile.

I swear it used to be Cardinal, maybe prior to 2024? It sure didn’t used to be Captains prior to 2024.

I thought those don't go on sale until like a week before each game?
You purchase the mobile pass for the season. You learn that weeks seating assignment sometime between Monday and Wednesday if I remember correctly. I gave up my mobile pass last yr.

Yeah I was referring to the public parking passes. Someone clarified you can buy those for the whole season (typically early July), but otherwise they open them up the week before each game.

We purchased GA parking last season, just called the ticket office the day they went on sell and they added the price to our season tickets and billed our CC. Not sure it was really any cheaper, maybe saved a few bucks.

You would have saved some $ on the processing fee you would pay for every game.

So based off some of the info above, either donors/season tickets are down, or more people pushed down into the gold and cardinal tiers. We've been in B1 the last few years and I'm always nervous we will get bumped to VetMed. I don't think that will be an issue this year.

I tried that last year and they made me buy each 1 individually.
