Lol at all other athletes going to the bright lights of LA. But Softball and Canoe Slaloms get hot, humid, and country Oklahoma City.

Not saying one is better than the other. Just very different culturally. To be honest, softball will likely have a better atmosphere in OKC than LA, thanks to the OU softball team

I'm laughing because you know there are going to be people coming to the U.S. to watch the games who don't get how big the U.S. is and will think that's going to be a short drive

Makayla Clark coming up next in the W 800 semis, in Heat 3. Will in all likelihood have to run a lifetime best to advance.

Man, she is so much shorter than everyone else. Stride length major disadvantage.

That is the Olympics, one mistake and 4 years shot to hell. Feel sorry for him, as I understand he made the Olympic standard.
He did have the Olympic standard. Broke his foot last year and still isn’t the same. Had to jump the barriers with his opposite leg and jump the water barrier without using barrier to catapult him over the water because that causes this foot too much stress. Big reason for the spill.

None of the top 3 in the steeplechase have the Olympic standard.
