If Hali comes back to Ames for the Niang trivia/golf outing he'll be asked for pictures all night.

The announcers were riding Halliburton's ass the entire second half. Poor defense, disappeared in the offense, not bringing the ball up the court, yada yada.

... and then they had to pivot and queue up the Halliburton heroics video that they didn't think they would need today.

That was fun to watch.

NY/espn may need to rethink turning best passer on planet into an evil villain.

Crazy thing is that Halliburton was willing to play a lesser role most of the second half to keep the OKC best defender away from the play to let Neismith and Toppin and Turner cook. Then when they needed that play he still was willing to go and take that shot. Ultimately team player.

Watched the game but didn’t check the thread until it was over. Lot of accurate comments at the time that are now a great read. Not a slam on people just an accurate recording of the roller coaster ride. Finals are more fun with Tyrese!

So are we better off having the Prohm disaster because it got us Hali?!?

Dort is a defensive menace, not forcing it was the right play. The other guys stepped up big time, especially on the road.
