Why the NBA playoffs are so appealing right now: either a team will win an NBA championship for the first time ever (Pacers, T-wolves)... or one will win it for the first time since the 1970s (Knicks, Thunder... since apparently they get to count the Sonics' championship in 1979).

The best thing the Knicks are bringing to the table is someone to play the bad guy. That's their franchise's role. Brunson fits that as well.

Minnesota up 8-0, all 3 plays they went to the man Holmgren was guarding. He's going to struggle guarding everyone except Rudy. That two big lineup might be tough against the Wolves.

That looks like probably just a little ankle tweak for Edwards, but if it were serious, this series would be sucky as hell

I'm more than a casual fan of the NBA, but I didn't know that SGA and Alexander Walker are first cousins.

SGA got 4 whistles really quick. Between the flailing and pushing off, he's just not fun to watch.

It could just be me but the most exciting players to watch in this playoffs aren't the most athletic players but Joker, Haliburton and Brunson.

It SHOULD be Edwards and SGA but they just haven't made the same kind of jaw dropping plays those three have pretty much every night.

There’s star player treatment, then there’s SGA pushing off and getting FTs.

Goebert is one of my least favorite players I’ve had to root for on one of my teams. Just a bad basketball player that wouldn’t play a minute if he was under 6’10”. The number of games where he’s just completely useless is incredible. And I can’t stand the defensive player of the year nonsense. Blocked shots are such a worthless stat. When the opponent is running their offense to get you isolated with their scorer, you have no business being DPOY.

And Conley, great guy and leader, but tough to be a champ when he’s a starter. He just is too much of a defensive and shooting liability. Bench sucked tonight.

Just can't watch that product. It's playoff basketball. I thought officials didn't call such fouls. SGA will only continue to bait the officials for fouls because they are calling the fouls

I have no issue if there was a legitimate foul. But most of SGA's calls were not fouls. This series will be over in 4 games if the officials call the remaining games like that. Unwatchable
