Warriors must think they can get one more title with Steph. Otherwise it's a bad deal for them.

Makes the Warriors somewhat interesting for the rest of this year, but probably not close to a real contender.

Two years from now when Steph is 39, Draymond is 37, Jimmy is 37 and you're paying them almost $150 mil... woof that could be scary bad.

I've always thought LeBron could maximize his talent if he became more of a point forward as he aged, but he's been so shockingly athletic at 40 he hasn't really needed to. I think he definitely could excel at that if he wanted it. He's the kind of player with the skills to compliment any other player.

In some ways the trade has been a head scratcher for me (and most) but I'm not going to come out and say LeBron can't adapt and excel when he's probably the most versatile player ever. He's near his career highs for rebounding and assists right now.

AD has always been a conundrum, statistically an all time efficiency great, like top 5 or top 10 ever, and yet never seems like some unstoppable force destined for championships regardless of whom is around him (compared to say Joker who seems like he could have any cast in contention).
You don't consider LeBron a point forward currently?

Now that Lakers have a athletic center in Mark Williams I don't think it's crazy to consider them a contender for this year. Is put them above the Mavs which is crazy because Mavs are trying to "win now"

I think he plays a lot like Luka. Big physical skilled creative player who plays mostly on the perimeter.

It’ll be interesting, where they are on the floor together. He’d be better in the paint if Luka is ball dominant around the arc.

Long term I think Luka is going to have to work on his body. He can’t be 270 as an aging player and do what he does now. He’s not a one in a billion athletic specimen like LBJ.

Yet he hasn't played in a game this season
I assumed he was following the Andre Iguodala end of career plan. Sit out the regular season until it is time to get ready for the playoffs. That doesn't make much sense though if he stays on the Raptors. He is going to have to enlarge his closet to hold all the jerseys from this year.

Ugh hate the niang trade, he was getting solid minutes and will now join a rotation. Kinda hope they let him walk. Y’all need to stop no one is looking to trade for Monte

Niang aside, I thought Levert was a good player.

Nobody is saying that, it’s just following if he’s thrown in somewhere to where he ends up.

Max christie could make the Luka trade more palpable. I was suprised they didn't get Reaves or knecht also but Christie might be the best of the 3
