Talking to teams this week, a theme emerged that the Jimmy Butler situation is holding up the trade market some. One assistant GM told me that his team has a deal basically done, but the other team could be in a four- or five-team Butler trade. So, they have to hold for now. That's slowed things.

Phoenix has to find a team willing to take Beal (and a team Beal is willing to waive his no-trade clause for), so this trade is going to involve several teams and is going to be super complicated.
