Shocked but not shocked if that makes sense.
Not shocked. Last year he won all those games against the new members of the conference. Betting the West Virginia and Arizona under team totals was like taking candy from a baby.

WV seems like they always want to play 11 P5s. That doesn't help.

I'm not trying to start something just because hes our coach but Campbell would be a solid fit at Purdue.
Now, it's hitting reset on what he's worked here on but I think they'd be foolish to not atleast ask for an interview.
pur dont

RROD is the choice of ken kendrick, WVU's billionaire donor. I'd like to see RROD back. He may not be able tio duplicate 3 top 10 finishes, 2 top 5, in a row, but his teams will punch you in the mouth.

welcome change from DH and NB's tissue soft teams. RROD would clean house just like Sanders did at colo. I doubt he'd want a single player from NB's team.

Wow, that would be a hire.

I didn't realize he was still coaching. Figured Jimbo is target #1

I actually think it was the right call to keep Napier. No one has faced a tougher schedule last year and this year, so I get the hot seat though because the record is rough. They appear to have a really good QB to forward with in Lagway, a really good freshman RB too along with playing a lot of young guys up and down the depth chart. I imagine they'll be in the portal hard as well. They're a sneaky pick to be really good next year.

Now they need to not **** the bed against FSU to finish the year though. Getting to 6-6 and having bowl game/practices is a big deal for a team in their spot.
Doubling down on my take here. Florida has the potential to be a playoff team next year.

They’ve flipped 10 recruits (and more coming) in the last several weeks, jumped their recruiting class from like 50ish to top 15 so far. Will probably end up top 10. They’re going to nuts in the portal, as it sounds like their collective hadn’t been committing much NIL money with the uncertainty around Napier. Now that they’ve made a little late season run, huge recruiting momentum and young QB that people are wanting play with, they’re going to be throwing a lot of money around.

Drake toll says it has to be Nick Saban, Jimbo, or RROD.
But there are reports that PSU's offensive coor. may be the frontrunner. Personally I want someone with power 5 head coaching expereince.

This year proves that it's way easier to make it to a CCG at Iowa State. He wouldn't sniff that at Purdue!!

Granted, he also bounced out of ASU, I figured Rashada's time at Florida did a lot of damage for their NIL credibility. Maybe they repaired that image.

For being such a "slow" year, there are suddenly 18 HC openings/interims (4 in P4).
