Who knows! I was hoping for tourney level team (and they look pretty good so far) but he seemed to be implying top 10. I don't know about that!
Fairly nondescript match against LIU. Sweep, 18-12-22.
Six players with 5-7 kills, and an overall .299 to .062 hitting advantage.
Next up: 9 p.m. CT game tonight against host GCU.

Kind of cool to be undefeated

Going to have to get the home VB schedule on the calendar so I can make some games.
We have 2 general admission tickets to all VB - I can attempt to transfer to you…. The scanner things worked fine for us last weekend.
We seem to blow past teams first 2 sets and lose focus 3rd/other team makes better adjustments
Very happy for the win! Two in a day seemed tough on the team. Definitely not sharp at times, but enough to win!
The McCune/Hopp MB duo had a terrific match tonight.
It took awhile for her talent to develop, but now that it has, Hopp has become quite the player so far this season.
I left the house when ISU had a 8-4 lead in the 3rd, I did not predict it going to 5 sets.
Getting the win is great, but they need to stop making a habit of letting teams come back into sets and matches. It's going to bite them in the arse.

GCU has a fun environment. Their Friday night match was a ‘students only’ thing and I think that will help prepare the team.
Sidenote: Are we the only team in the country to start a libero 2 inches shorter than our starting OH? Haven’t ever really seen that before, but watching Brooke & Maya it obviously makes sense.
