***2022 PGA Tour Thread***

Rory finally broke through for a low round today (-7). Day 1 leader by 2 shots.
 
Hovland and Scheffler tied up with 2 holes to play. 2 other 1 shot back. On NBC.

I think it’s easy to see why they don’t play with the players coming up. Also they don’t need the exemption for the Open. I doubt any of the guys at the top this week contend next week. That will **** will **** your game up.

I forgot this stuff was shifting to ESPN +. Looks like I might have to talk my wife into keeping the Disney bundle.
 
So, Golf Channel is out because of ESPN+?

(besides the talking heads at the table)

Play done for the day with half the field yet to finish the first round. Lots of rain in the forecast for the next two days. Probably looking at a Monday finish.
