Is Justin Herbert really anything special? He showed a lot of promise early in his career. But he's a .500 QB for his career. And he has plenty of weapons, so that's not really an excuse. He's not bad, by any stretch, but the days of getting by on potential are coming to an end. I have a sneaking suspicion that he's just a slightly above average QB, which is a fine thing to be, but not really a star.
