NFL: ***2022 NFL Season Thread***

I think the defense has actually been pretty good for Denver. Wilson needs an OC that builds the offense around his strengths and lets him move around.
Hes not even getting time to move around. I don't pay much attention to offensive lines in Seattle but the one in Denver is complete garbage.

I've watched 4 out of their 6 games and you can tell he wants to throw downfield but he has to completely abandon it right away because they won't give him time.

Losing Javonte really hurt also, they probably have the worst running backs in the league now. Sutton has been productive but Jeudy I think has been a huge bust.

Worst RBs in the league? Thats a bold statement.

Who's worse then? Their best running back is a guy they just signed off a practice squad. Gordon has been benched and Boone I guess isn't an option anymore. I can't think of any other team with worse players.
Both of those two are ok, the coaches, eh. Seattle has on RB - seems good, but still. The cards have Eno only. Rams? meh. 49ers? 25 yds for My name is Jeff last weekend. Thats a few.

A national writer (long forgotten who) said Russ is very much a product of Seattle and Pete Carroll.

The implication being the situation was very much his best career outcome.
I mean look at what Geno Smith has been doing this year in Seattle

I had no idea that Kevin White was still in the league. 7th overall pick in 2016. Has less than 400 career receiving yards and zero touchdowns. That play, just now represents 15% of the receiving yards he's had in his entire career

Dalton is not having a good game, to say the least

I’ve watched a few absolutely horrible TNF games the past few weeks so thought I’d watch Virginia and GTech. Bad mistake.

Not real shocking. They weren’t going to be good with him or without him. Not to mention while he looks average this year, the past few years he hasn’t done ****. His first 3 years he improved each game but has had big issues since - he’s an injury magnet.
