NFL: ***2022 NFL Draft Thread***

That's the point. Even when you have an elite running back, the statistical difference isn't that much. Take Dalvin Cook, who you mentioned before. Last year, in games he played in, the Vikings averaged 113 rushing yards per game. In the 4 games he missed? They averaged 115 rushing yards per game.

Now, obviously I'm not advocating that they'd be better off without him, but it's not hard to see why many teams are looking at numbers like that and coming to the conclusion that spending high picks on rbs does not provide a great ROI compared to other positions.
So.. yards per game is the only parameter?

How about converting 3rd and short to keep drives alive? You want the elite back or the backup?

How many TD's scored? You want the elite RB or the backup?

When you want to impose your will against another defense and wear them down... you want the elite back or the backup?

There are present and past RBs that have made a huge difference in games. That is why they should be drafted in the 1st round.

First TE finally off the board. Trey McBride from Colorado St. to the Cardinals.

Lol. Ok, man. Were you going to let the league office know, or did you want me to? Because they don't seem to have been informed of your suggestion.

Interesting to hear the Jets tried to get back into the 1st round to get Breece last night, but it just didn't work.
Yeah that was really interesting. Love his confidence speaking too.
Also, how cool is it that he went out to the crowd and was hanging out with the Jets fans.

Breece, you're the best!
