Didn't we lose in OT at KU after a banked three tied it? I seem to remember that, but my mind does not want to give me full access to that memory. Just awful.
Not sure. I think we had a tie just recently (maybe two or three years ago)?So what happens if there's a three-way tie in record at the top of the standings?
Do we all get a banner?
Or does only the #1 seed in the Big 12 tournament get to claim that championship?

I believe KU and Kstate finished with the same record a few years back and were considered "Co-champions"Not sure. I think we had a tie just recently (maybe two or three years ago)?
KU always claimed winning the conference even if they tied so I say all get a banner. So what happens if there's a three-way tie in record at the top of the standings?

Yep. I'm pretty sure KSU was the one seed so sharing the championship was the only reason KU kept the streak alive if I recall correctly.I believe KU and Kstate finished with the same record a few years back and were considered "Co-champions"

Yep. It was by some one and done that I can’t remember the name of. Mc-something I think. At least it went through the basket fairly during the run of play. Doesn’t always work that way at Kansas.
in pick up i would always try to bank in my threesI wouldn't object to a "banked threes don't count" rule.
Make it a turnover/out of bounds or a jump ball or something.
Inside the arc, sure, the backboard is an important part of the offensive arsenal.
But nobody aims to bank in a three. If luck rewards you one, it shouldn't count.
You didn't "drill it." You missed terribly and got bailed out by some 1% RNG luck.
And that we despite k-state sweeping them. It happened more than once during the Kansas run where they "won" the conference via tiebreak but actually we're swept head to head by the other teamI believe KU and Kstate finished with the same record a few years back and were considered "Co-champions"

i just don't see us winning 13 B12 games, even 12 feels like a stretch to me.
boy would I love it, but we are also getting pretty banged up as a squad.
I don't have any numbers behind this, but I think the rest of the conference is, too.
Seems every game the announcers are like "they just got this guy back."
Almost like the season is a grind for everyone
no doubt, and i guess that's why i also am not sure very many teams if any will hit 12/13 wins either hah
