Diego Maradona dead at 60. Guy was a legend. I used to watch VHS tapes of him over and over and over. When he returned for WC ‘94 it was the greatest moment in US soccer history history. The guy lived his life to its fullest and druggiest. He will be missed. RIP.

A soccer fan? I wouldn't have thought that. You wouldn't, by chance, have played soccer for Iowa State?

He can't be a soccer fan, they're a bunch of wimps. He's way too edgy to get anything less than a red card.

1986 World Cup was my first that I watched on TV. He was the greatest period. I am sure you guys also read how he is really worshipped in Naples. If you know the dynamics between northern and southern Italian, you’ll understand why he is so revered in Napoli: He basically gave dignity to Napoli who were considered dirty and poor.

Maybe the largest incident of cheating in the history of sports considering the stage and what was at stakes. And the conojes he had to brag about it afterwards. What a legend. We will all miss you, Maradona.
