COC clarification

We will go to double days starting Thursday (numbers due by 1pm and 7:30pm, you can submit two at once). Staying single days will take 21 days with 42 people. I'm not too interested in losing participation early on here.

If ties occur at the top or bottom, all those tied are eliminated.

You can discuss number choices here or anywhere else. I'm not too concerned with that.

The second event will be made available on Thursday morning with submissions due by Monday at 7:30pm.
