I've noticed Okie State is warm for some pretty highly ranked kids, like the #2 ranked Cade Cunningham. Is this just luck with geography, or is something else going on?

I believe they hired Cunningham's brother as an assistant coach. That's what it takes.

FOBs. In the '90s this meant Friends of Bill (Clinton). For OKie St. it means Funds of Boone
