    I just got five pork shoulders at Fareway Meat in Ames for $.99/lb. I currently have four of them dry brining with kosher salt. Will inject them later tomorrow and cover with mustard and dry rub. The fifth one I am going to make buckboard bacon.

    Wifi went to the grocery store yesterday. I opened the fridge up this morning and notice a can of whipped cream. Note that she never makes any kind of desserts and I doubt she puts it in her coffee. Should I be concerned, upset, or excited?

    Fun Fact: The reference to a woman's beaver started back in the 1800's when prostitutes used to shave to prevent crabs and lice, but would wear a beaver fur "wig or merkin" to make it look like they had pubes. Nowadays, women are known to "vajazzle" theirs.
