    I understand they want Kansas/Gonzaga in a national window, but how do you start with Salt Lake City games at 10:45am local time? So bad. Just go Tennessee/Texas then UNC/Michigan State then Kansas/Gonzaga for your big 3 CBS games.

    North Carolina is in the Charlotte Thu/Sat pod; Kentucky is in the Pittsburgh Thu/Sat pod. It's impossible to know for certain, but if North Carolina and Kentucky win, their games will be 2 of the 3 first Saturday CBS games. Big national TV audience for a couple blue bloods.

    They look at the top 4 seeds in each region and add up their seed list value. So for the East, it would be 34 (1 UConn + 6 Tennessee + 12 Kansas + 15 Duke). They do this for each region and as long as each total is within 5 of each other, they consider that satisfactory.
