    Good night for our Quad 1 and 2 wins with Creighton winning at Villanova and Mississippi State blowing out Oklahoma. Things can always change, but those looked like they might be Q2 and Q3 wins and now are in Q1 and Q2 respectively.

    Trilly thinks that we told him "to move along". Bossi also saying he's not Big 12 caliber. Entirely possible we offered him then had second thoughts before everyone starts bashing a 17-18 year-old kid.

    Mississippi State, Purdue, Iowa, 3 games at Players Era. That’s a good slate. Would be cool if we got one more major conference opponent at a neutral site or to come to Hilton, but I wouldn’t be shocked if those are our 6 good non-conference matchups and then we’ll have 7 lower level buy games.

    Ultimately, I don’t think anyone else really qualifies for that last 9-seed spot. Other options are Baylor, Utah State, Arkansas, West Virginia, Oklahoma. None of their resumes screamed out to me as being significantly better than Drake so I took a risk on the resume with the gaudy record.

    We could very well end up as a 4 but all January and February, everyone says “ignore Palm and Lunardi, they’re awful at this!” Then Lunardi and Palm move us to a 4 and everyone flips out. Calm down people.

    Saw we're wearing gold again. Feels like we're completely fazing out the white/cardinals jerseys we wore so much last 5 years. Wonder if we'll get a new cardinal jersey next year to match the new whites/golds of this season.

    Purdue losing to Illinois tonight certainly helps our hopes for a 3-seed. Win tomorrow and root for Missouri to beat Kentucky. Puts us in a better spot for a 3-seed. Root for Texas A&M or Texas Tech to get upset tomorrow as well.

    Put together what the committee's order was during the early reveal on 2/15, along with each team's losses at that time and losses since. Safe to say we've been passed by Michigan State, St. John's, Wisconsin, and Texas Tech. It's also possible Texas A&M and Purdue have now dropped below us...

    The internet is a cesspool sadly. Even with myself, I've noticed how much calmer and less negative I am when I'm at games and don't go online during them versus watching at home on my couch. Internet breeds negativity.
