Good podcast so far CW. I know that this is going to delve into Politics but again I'm not trying to be partisan. There is a reason why people don't believe the main stream media anymore. They are NOT doing their jobs. Just flip channels some time. It's all the exact same "news" even at almost the exact same time. The morning news shows have devolved so far they are not much more than celebrity gossip you'd find in those tabloids near grocery checkouts.

Watch this video if you really want to see why people hate "reporters" now. It's not the individuals, it's the message. There is SOOOO much more going on right now it boggles the mind. Even as I have known about parts of these things. It might be a really tough time here soon and that has nothing to do with the virus.

Yes, they all get their morning briefing to tell them what to say. How is that doing your job as a journalist?

I mean I get why the people do it, they either do as they are told or be fired. So that's understandable. But clearly we have a major systemic problem.
