Bracketology...women jump to a 9 after win

Official RPI jumped to 39, solid 8-10 range and a good chance to get a W in the dance. BU dropped to 5, might lose a one seed but Charlie still has them as a one headed toward a regional semi with outclassed Stanford.

Yesterday was an awesome win for ISU, I loved it. I was clapping pretty loud in our living room!

I was trying to read Mulkey's lips with the foul. I thought she basically said you can't call that foul at that point in the game. IMO, if it is a foul 3 minutes into the game, it is a foul at the end of the game. Her meltdown made me happy.

As far as seeding I really hope they can get to a 7. We shall see, would be pretty tough.

I don't know who the hell this NCAA.COM Expert Michelle Smith is, but if she's making projections on the NCAA's main site, she must not be some "poser" like Jerry Palm. :)

Could our Lady Cyclones actually get a FIVE seed?
She has Iowa State listed as the Big 12's "automatic qualifier" at the bottom of the article, which is unlikely, since they'd have to beat Baylor a second time in a week (and I don't see Baylor dropping two games in one week to the same team). Maybe that's why she has ISU as a 5? The numbers just don't add up for that good of a seed as of today. Maybe if ISU actually was the AQ come Sunday afternoon.

To get a five seed we would have to destroy everyone in the tournament. That would include beating Baylor by 20 or 30 points. That is about as likely as the conference reopening the stadiums to fans.
