Yesterday and today have been what it should have been Thursday and Friday but they got spooked.
It’s a course that requires such a fine balance between water and wind. After they lost it in 2018 they were always going to do this.
They wouldn't have been able to get 150+ guys around the course if that was the case. Round two would have finished Saturday.
Golf is the one sport that you shouldn't be a **** openly cheering against someone though.
A lot of the old courses are like that. They were designed when green speeds were much slower.
How is it possible to get that much backspin from a 60 yard wedge shot that much uphill. Insane stuff from Wyndham there.
