Audi Crooks to Transfer

If I am being honest. There don't seem to be to much interest in her after reading this thread and not seeing reports of her visiting places. I assume she is going to have to come down on her number she is asking for at this point. Would Bill take her back at a lessor price?
rumors. but I know the high profile schools she was connected to are out.
I would think yes. Plus, she would possibly help with recruiting at least some senior players. I doubt that will happen though.
It seems increasingly likely that both Crooks and the ISU coaches end this ordeal with egg on their faces.
After reading this thread Iowa State Women will be great. Our second team All American was the reason for our collapse. Everyone’s inconsistent poor play was Audi’s fault. We will be better without her. Give us a defensive center who can’t score so our other players don’t become jealous.

I think Audi has received some very bad advice. I wouldn't have entered the portal without a pretty solid offer in my pocket. And, making public her NIL expectations was a big mistake. I don't really know why CBF wouldn't try to re-recruit her..
I have not seen where Audi has said anything publicly that is negative about Iowa State, the coaches, or her time here. I have also not seen where the coaching staff has said anything negative about Audi.
I have no sources to back this and am throwing this out there as an idea. Maybe the conversation went something along the lines of
Audi - "Coach, top end players are getting $xxxx in the portal"
BF - "Audi, we would love to have you back next year, but we can't pay you that kind of money. You should really go get that money while you can. We are here for you if you ever need anything"

Audi is obviously not wanted here. Look at this message board. Maybe Audi wants to go where she is wanted.
