I was cracking up driving around over my lunch today. M&C had Eickholt on talking about transfers, and three different times Ole Dave slipped up and referred to Iowa as "we".
Does he honestly try and be unbiased? He is so blatantly Hawkeye why try and hide it?
He tries to play it off by saying "well I went to Nebraska" but usually he says "unfortunately went to Nebraska".
Truth is he grew up a huge Iowa fan and his whole family are Iowa fans as well. You can usually see his mom commenting under his posts and she's about as big of a fan as he is.
I didn’t say they never repost about ISU. I found it odd they reposted an Eikholt tweet about WBB but nothing about us signing four players. Especially since Busse works there and broke the news on a couple. If I ruined your day I apologize. As you pointed out, some people try hard to be offended

He's the head of an Iowa website. It would be like criticizing Bill Seals for being partial to Iowa State.

CW does a great job of covering a team without being a completely obnoxious biased homer about it.

He gets called out for being a homer often on X, and every time swears he's not a fan. As others have said, he always brings up that he went to Nebraska like that's proof he couldn't possibly be biased.
247 is supposed to be an objective site, not a fan site.
I like KXNO and their show lineup. I think a lot of you guys are used to listening to Williams & Blum (or any other ISU-specific podcast) and get angry any time any other show deviates from ISU, and view it as unbiased toward ISU because you're conditioned to 100% ISU. Comparing a radio show that has to dedicate time to all local teams compared to a team-specific podcast is futile.

I listen every day. The people on here complaining are way too sensitive. I think that M&C have a good mix of local and national content. I'm not a gambler, so I could go without all of that, but I understand that anymore I am in the minority for that. Condon is a hawk, but i feel that he is pretty objective. Of course there are some times that he isn't. Miller is the one that takes the most shots at ISU because of his pettiness towards Pollard. So most of his is towards the administration. Their job isn't to just be sunshine and rainbows about everything. So there are going to be times that they have to be critical.

Serious question... what do you like about them? None of them have any sources, they don't break news... what exactly is the appeal?
