Agreed. We got lucky getting Jefferson. Need to get lucky again. I'm excited to see what Mason Williams can provide as a depth piece, but we really need a better front court.

Jefferson just said he wasn't even close to being able to play today and probably not Sunday either had we advanced.
Milan disappears in big games and he especially disappears in the ncaa tourney dude belongs in Europe

I think the point he’s making is that the focus would have shifted from Milan to Jefferson, and Jefferson can play poorly when he’s hounded the way Tennessee would have been able to. If Toure and Milan would have been hitting their shots, then we would have been OK, but I don’t know that Jefferson would have had a great game…
Lipsey love you but we need guards in the future who can make basic free throws and a jump shot if we ever want to do anything meaningful.
Anyone who thought he was going to play last Sunday or tonight is delusional. They did a good job keeping everyone’s hopes up, but it was all for show.
I get that, no one knows how is ankle is, but you are the All American player on the team. Is the ankle in a cast, are you in a walking boot? Then you have to tape it up and at least give it a go. You have to led by example here, and show your teammates that you are at least willing to try. Get out on the floor and start the game, if you are struggling to get up and down the floor, you can walk away at least saying "I tried, but just couldn't go." But to not even try is beyond me.
Just my opinion, but there is no way I could live with myself or walk into that locker room without at least trying to play tonight.

He’s not athletic enough to create his own shot when he’s the main focus on defense. He is what he is.
When you take away your other main offensive weapon he’s not going to get open. He needs support because he just isn’t the guy that will create his own shot.
He ain’t wrong TJ loves winning meaningless games getting a little hype but never following through on it
Too many ball watching instances to say we gave a good effort. They didn’t. Not sure how you don’t give it your all in the sweet 16 but they didn’t
1-7 in Sweet 16’s.
