Wow that was some dumb basketball by both teams in the last 15 seconds or so.
Tough call on Okie st at the end but…seeing that girl go towards the ref after wasn’t good, props to Hoyt for doing her job and stopping her player from doing something real dumb!
I’m honestly glad they called a foul on that reach in… I get tired of officials swallowing their whistle at the end of the game. People say “let them decide on the court”… If you don’t call a foul, that’s a foul then you most assuredly aren’t letting them decide it on the court.

If anyone has not seen the ending to the Norwalk vs DCG womens state tournament game last night. I think you would all claim it was fake. Most unreal ending to a game I have seen since Reggie Miller hit all those three pointers to beat New York.

DCG girl scored 7 points in 16 seconds, but the final score was also aided by an officials error. Norwalk shouldn't have been assessed a technical, DCG called a timeout and officials charged it to Norwalk, so Norwalk should have had a timeout left when they called one.

Absolutely and then she threw a fit… on a completely unrelated note but still Women’s Basketball. South Alabama lost 10 games in the middle of the season then went on a six game-winning streak and has now won four Strait in their conference tournament….

Here is the ending to the Norwalk game. Must watch. BTW I live and raised my kids in Norwalk and we were watching at the bar where the coaches go after the game. We all left before they arrived, if they did arrive that is.
