Yeah, that was the least dangerous floor rush ever. I get fines if participants are put in danger, but this was like a Chinese water torture floor rush. That's like 1K for every person who rushed!
It’s not so dangerous when it’s TCU though.Yeah, that was the least dangerous floor rush ever. I get fines if participants are put in danger, but this was like a Chinese water torture floor rush.
I guess so.I'll allow it as compensation for the loss.
That's what I said, it wasn't a dangerous court rush. They did what the league wants, they didn't put the game participants in danger. It’s not so dangerous when it’s TCU though.
Fine should be paid from ISU players' NIL. TCU players were doing their best to avoid the court storming...I guess so.
Could've split the fine in half, one to TCU for mild court-storming, the other half to ISU for playing like dog****.
We'll be back to the early days of basketball when they put chickenwire around the court. That is why they used to call basketball players "cagers".Just wait until somebody's $2,000,000+ glass floor with LED graphics underneath gets trashed by a court storming. Although, the schools will probably build 12-ft high plexiglass walls around the court to keep the fans off...
Everyone knows the safety protocols at this point if you get fined for not following them it’s your own fault. What a pathetic embarrassment of a conference. Sportsmanship? Even Cyclone nation doesn't take offense.
Let the kids have some fun.
I also hate fun.Everyone knows the safety protocols at this point if you get fined for not following them it’s your own fault.
It’s not hard for 20 highlighters to run out carrying a rope
That’s why they are fining the school and not the students. The arena workers didn’t do their jobs. Students can storm the court all they want. People still have to do their jobsI also hate fun.
The students that storm the court actually probably don't know the safety protocols since court storming has been a tradition for decades.
It's still dumb. It's not reasonable to expect arenas to provide enough security staff to stop a court storming every single game. If fans decide to storm the court, or storm the field after a football game, there is nothing that can stop it.That’s why they are fining the school and not the students. The arena workers didn’t do their jobs. Students can storm the court all they want. People still have to do their jobs
