Looks like the first week of football. Cincy QB 7-16 for 15 yards. Ouch. Not even sure how that is possible.
He sucks. Their offense is either awful or Nebraska’s defense is legit. I suppose both could be true, but I’ll go with “Cincinnati’s offense sucks”.
Of course we do. We just choose to spend it elsewhere.
I’m not complaining, just pointing out that we choose the schedules.
we can either pay a couple million dollars to have a buy game with a MAC school, or we can schedule a home and home with them for zero dollars. JP squeezes the most out of every ISU AD dollar and this is part of it. same thing as all the SWAC non con BB games. they are the cheapest conference to schedule against for buy games.
First game problems most likely are a part of it. Not buying into Nebraska quite yet
Cincinnatis offense sucked ass last year, so I’d say it’s probably more that.

Their FG drive (a 45 yarder, BTW) was 38 yards on 8 plays, spanning 4:13. And it happened with 4:47 left in the 1st quarter.
That means they produced this the rest of the half:
43 yards, 15 plays (2.9 yards YPP) in the span of 6:12.
Just awful.
The Big 10 West is averaging 9 points for the first half. The ghost of Brian lives on.
Catch the ******* ball, JFC. These Cinci players have whizzed away a bunch of opportunities just by not taking care of the fundamentals.
Can't remember the last time I heard these words used for the concept.
