500 plate appearances of similar production to Kyle Tucker doesn't make Tyler Soderstrom a better player than him.

I'm sure Kyle Tucker could have asked to go on the IL at any time. I don't think he's upset about his "mismanaged" injury. He's a professional and he wanted to play. It happens in every sport, every year. Yes, I understand the Cubs history of this, but that's a whole different conversation. None of those players are upset that they got to keep playing.

Palencia finally understands how nasty his stuff is and that he doesn't have to nibble.

Dude is legit.
He must have good movement or spin rate on his fastball. Hitters are not making good contact on his fastball. Many pitchers throw 100+ MPH but not many are as dominant as Palencia with their fastball.

He’s one of those pitchers that the ball just screams off his release. He has a very quick release as well which I imagine makes it even tougher to see and hit.
