MLB: ***2026 Minnesota Twins***

Losing 2 of 3 vs the Rockies was bad enough, but losing soundly at home vs Wash, with our All-Star pitcher on the mound, is just so YUCK! The inconsistency thing is unacceptable and falls on Baldelli.

I would keep Ryan but if someone makes an insane offer, I would consider.

I would trade Jax and/or Duran if you got a good deal. Relievers can be fickle, so if you could get a great deal, I would be okay with losing both

I’m not saying there aren’t glaring holes in the lineup and Correa contract isn’t looking more and more embarrassing. However, I can’t help but think this all feels somewhat different if Lopez doesn’t get hurt. Further, this ceiling is only ever going to be so high until the team gets sold, regardless.

Ryan, Lopez, Buxton. Those are the only untouchables. And I might even see a reason to touch Buxton, but his contract is so good, I'd find it hard to let him go.

Full no trade clause and given his comments at the All Star Break I doubt he waives it.

They would get CRUCIFIED if they moved Byron. Especially right now. I see what you’re saying though. Not good for a FO who already has no fan trust.

I always need a flex fitted hat, size L/XL. Which I don't see them selling online. But have/had them available in fitted hats, but apparently I'm bigheaded figuratively and literally as my fitted hat size is bigger than 8.
 
With the supposed pending sale, I’d be surprised if any of the non-free agents are really on the block. Bader and Coulombe might be the only two moving on this week.

It's both a reasonable return for Paddack and further makes me not able to wait for the Pohlad's to sell the damn team. How much more could the Twins have gotten for Paddack if they didn't dump Dobnak's +2 million that he's still owed with him?

The Dobnak inclusion just screams that they are trying to dump as much salary for the Pohlads as they possibly can. They do need catching in the pipeline so I’m OK with this trade. Paddack has been awful so I wasn’t expecting much.

I hope they keep focusing on the FAs.

A lot of talk about Duran. Hope it’s just talk as I’d hate to lose him.
