Friday OT - Decompression

Also probably not a "sport" but I like to target shoot. I have both rifles and handguns. I'm no marksman by any measure (especially with a pistol), but it is at least relaxing to me.

Used to shoot a fair amount of trap but holy cow its gotten expensive. Enjoyed it though even though I wasn't that good at it.

Not sport, but I would take my dog out to Maffitt Lake Reservoir. Got to be out in nature and let the dog run. Unfortunately this no no longer possible due to dog's health issues.

Sometimes I'm spending $.70 everytime I pull the trigger. I try not to think about that part.

I'm an avid bowler. I took a couple decades off when my kids were growing up, then picked it back up again. In the last three years I've had 8 - 300 games and 2 - 800 series, and I average around 225 in league. I don't know if it helps me decompress though. My wife wonders why I bowl because I always come home in a bad mood. I like it because it helps me get out my competitiveness.

I go to the gym and lift heavy. Helps me get rid of stress
