Went out for the first football game a few year ago. Very fun stadium right in the middle of campus
The Huskers have been talking about renovating Memorial Stadium for a few years. Lately the numbers I've been hearing on the local sports radio have been $500m - $1b 
KU's stadium is progressing along. They have "Rock Chalk" designed into their stadium seats:

I think it will look sorta cool unfortunately. I kinda like how the lighting looks. Is the seating capacity going down? For being 2.5 levels that new side with the "Rock Chalk" doesn't look like it has many seats. Lots of box seating.
Couple of updates from UNI for those that might be interested...
New seats are in on the West Side of the Dome with the work on new suites and club seating ongoing. On pace to be ready for Week One including new elevator and seating on the East Side. Additional bathrooms and party decks/beer gardens will be ready by 2026 if not during the 2025 season.
Also McLeod Center Floor has been redesigned and refinished. It's got a matte finish so hopefully the natural light in the building doesn't cause the nasty glare it has in the past, especially on TV--

I'm pretty sure it says F*** CU. I didn't realize their rivalry with Colorado was that fierce.
Yep. Fairly substantial decrease. New capacity around 12,500.
Wider seats and aisles, lost a bunch for suites, patios, beer gardens.
About perfect though, averaged 10,600 last year and the highest attended HS playoff game was 8300.
Thus far they tore down one side and endzones and rebuilt it. They still have the other side to tear down and re-do.

Not really. But very boomer, that's for sure. You see they put periods on the ends of the words Effort. Attitude. Toughness. in the weight room?
Looks like rehabbing the existing. You can still see where the track used to be. You'd think they would dig down, lower the field, and replace those track areas with seating.
