NBA: *** 2024 NBA thread ***

I don't understand why the amount of contact required for a foul constantly changes. And, more often than not, it comes at Indy's expense

That last foul has not been a foul first two games or most of the playoffs. Indy is gonna live at the line if that’s a foul the other way because that’s okc’s entire identity.

OKC all year is known for getting all the touch fouls on offense, and getting away with grabbing on defense. It's basically a meme.

It's been a BIG part of their success. There is an art to it, but a lot of it is dumb luck and the momentum of it always being called that way in their games.

Carlisle needs to work the refs some tonight. Need this game officiated to benefit the Pacers.

SGA, in particular. He's a nice player, for sure, but JFC dude. Have some self-respect.

Indy would have a comfy little lead if contact in the paint were called consistently. Playing much better basketball than OKC for last 8 minutes.

McConnell is so unique. Small, not an elite athlete. Not really an outside shooter. Not really a great passer either. Just hustles, tough, and clutch.

Crazy how effective he is.

He had a good 30 games like this regular season coming in and jacking teams up.
